Technical Education system plays a critical role in shaping the growth of the country economy. The IT software and services are expected to contribute a major chunk in India’s GDP growth over the next decade. The point is that if candidates want to have lucrative jobs in India and abroad, the opportunities are immense the need is just to acquire a perfect blend of skills at the right level with right specialization and a judicious choice of the incumbent college. Even through the Technical Education System in the India is one of the largest in the World, the demand for talented Engineering Graduates far exceeding the supply. In view of this it is important to introduce reform in the development of students who join Engineering Institutes. One significant step in this direction is the establishment of Industry Interaction Cell, a centralized set up that looks after the needs of students in terms of professional training, participation in live projects, development of personality besides team building, group activations and career counseling.
